Special Notice to all Hilton Herbs Internet Customers. We at Hilton Herbs are aware of, and fully understand the concern customers may have, regarding the use of credit cards over the internet. Therefore to make sure your credit card details remain absolutely confidential and secure we have chosen to use the well respected Royal Bank of Scotland's encrypted system, to look after your transactions.
This system will automatically connect you to the Royal Bank of Scotland when you click on the icon below. Having entered your credit card details, the information will then be processed by the bank via a connection that is automatically encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer.
We would like to confirm that this facility has no connection with the Hilton Herbs website, and that all information is passed in an encrypted format to the banks secure collection service. Once the payment transaction is complete you will be returned to our website, where we will provide you with an order number and receipt.
All web orders will be sent out from our US warehouse and delivery will be by UPS ground with delivery in 3 - 6 days, please quote your order number if you need to contact us.
You may return any item purchased from Hilton Herbs for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please note that the product ship date is the date of purchase. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund for unopened items, provided that the products are returned unused, and in perfect condition. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail / courier, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Hilton Herbs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
