> Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item purchased from Hilton Herbs for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please note that the product ship date is the date of purchase. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund for unopened items, provided that the products are returned unused, and in perfect condition. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail / courier, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Hilton Herbs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
