As part of her BSc degree course in herbal medicine our herbalist was required to undertake clinical studies. Hilary took the opportunity to trial a single herb Vitex agnus castus on a group of 50 elderly ponies. In response to the findings of this trial she then formulated Vitex Plus. Owners have reported excellent results with this mix especially with older horses and ponies who struggle to shed their coats in Spring/Summer.

The quantity of product added to your horse or pony's feed can be slightly increased or decreased, depending on the circumstances as, like humans, all horses & ponies are individuals.
